Preferred Provider of RADIESSE in Camarillo and Ventura

We all want to maintain our youthfulness. Unfortunately, as we age the body’s natural collagen production slows, causing skin to sag and lose tautness.

RADIESSE is an FDA-approved, non-surgical treatment option that stimulates the body’s collagen production and accelerates growth for a more youthful appearance with no downtime.

beyond|AESTHETICS is proud to offer our patients RADIESSE as a collagen stimulating subdermal injectable filler for, the correction of age-related concerns such as hollowing, laxity, and fine lines and wrinkles. RADIESSE delivers long-lasting results due to continued collagen production.

More than just a filler. Natural, long-lasting results.

Why Choose RADIESSE?

RADIESSE is a great option for revitalizing those areas that tend to show the signs of age first: Our face and our hands. Traditionally RADIESSE is used for smoothing facial wrinkles and folds, RADIESSE is a non-invasive volumizing treatment that corrects laugh lines (nasolabial folds), the smokers’ lines that develop around the lips, and age-related hollowing and sunkenness around the eyes. RADIESSE is also used to add volume in the back of the hands and is often coupled with an IPL treatment for a radiant age-defying glow. At b|A, we have advanced training on using RADIESSE to also smooth and tighten skin anywhere on the body including neck, decolletage, upper arms, buttocks, and thighs. We are even able to smooth the appearance of cellulite with precise administration of RADIESSE.

RADIESSE’s advantages when compared to other non-surgical dermal fillers are its long-lasting effects due to increasing the body’s own natural collagen production. Many patients also find RADIESSE to be more natural in feeling and appearance.

Arms

Used to combat the signs of aging that usually takes the form of thin, crepey skin in the upper arms, Radiesse offers soft structural support a visible improvement in the tautness and overall appearance of the skin.

Butt & Thighs

For the patient who is looking for a subtle lift and cellulite reduction, Radiesse can be a great non-invasive alternative to surgery for a flat, sagging posterior region. Functioning as a non-surgical Brazilian Butt lift, Radiesse lifts and volumizes the butt.

Radiesse FAQs

Am I a candidate?

Patients interested in RADIESSE should be in general good health, and not have a history of severe allergies, bleeding disorders, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Patients with an allergy to lidocaine are still candidates for RADIESSE injections because there is a formulation available without lidocaine.

Patients who are currently blood thinners, aspirin or warfarin should inform their provider before being treated with RADIESSE, as these medications bruising and/or bleeding at the injection site more likely

Are there side effects?

Side effects can include swelling and redness at the injection that typically starts to subside after 3 days. Since calcium hydroxylapatite is a normal component of bone (a substance already familiar to the body) and does not contain any animal products, there is no allergy test required before treatment. In rare cases, a patient may experience tiny calcium deposits that may rise to the surface of the skin and appear like small white bumps. If this occurs the deposits can easily be excised and removed.

How many treatments will I need?

Radiesse isn’t permanent, so you’ll have to repeat treatments as often as needed. For some people, treatments will only be required every year and a half. Others might need small maintenance injections in between major treatments.

How long does it last?

Radiesse will last approximately 7 to 18 months. While RADIESSE will increase the body’s natural collagen production over time, the treatment isn’t permanent so most patients need to come in for follow up treatments or smaller maintenance injections based on individual needs and desired results. Our providers can offer a detailed treatment plan during the initial consultation.

What areas can I treat on my body?

RADIESSE can be used to treat the face and the back of the hands, as well as the neck and décolletage, arms, posterior region (butt), stomach, and thighs.
